Further to the ASX announcement dated 21 December 2017, Ausroc Metals Limited (ASX:ARK) (“Company”) advises that it today lodged its replacement prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (“Replacement Prospectus”).
Among other important matters set out in the Replacement Prospectus, eligible investors should note the updated timetable on page 7 of the Replacement Prospectus, including that the General Offer and Vendors Offers now open on 8 January 2018 and close on 5.00 pm (ACDT) on 15 February 2018.
