PERTH, Australia, 23rd October 2017: Phylogica Limited (ASX:PYC) (Phylogica or the Company), developer of a leading intracellular drug delivery platform technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Sahm Nasseri as Non-Executive Director for the replacement of current Non-Executive Director Dr Rick Kendall who has taken the decision to step down from the Board to concentrate on his other business commitments with Kite Pharma.
Mr Nasseri is currently a Director in Global Strategy and Marketing of HPV Vaccines at Merck & Co based in New York, USA. He started at Merck in the Australian subsidiary where he was Strategy and Business Development lead, reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the local country leadership team.
