PANORAMA SYNERGY ISSUES CONVERTIBLE NOTES IN NEW
FUNDRAISING
The Board of Panorama Synergy is pleased to announce that it has commenced
fundraising negotiations with several sophisticated investors.
The Company intends to issue convertible notes under the 15% ASX Listing Rules.
The Company will seek shareholder approval for any issue of convertible notes that
exceeds the 15% ASX Listing Rule.
Specific details of the convertible notes will be disclosed in Appendix 3B
announcements.
