Metal Storm Limited advises that the payment of interest on Convertible Notes for the period 1 April 2011 to 30 June 2011 will occur as follows:
Event Date
1.Record date to identify the Notes Holders entitled to 22 June 2011
receive interest payments of the Convertible Notes
(determined in accordance with the Listing Rules).
2. Interest payment date 30 June 2011
Interest is payable at 10% per annum.
The interest payment for this period is 0.33658 cents for each Convertible Note.
