Notification of Release of Restricted Securities from Escrow on 31 March 2011
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the company advises that on 31 March 2011 an aggregate of 324,325 of the company’s fully paid ordinary shares will be released from mandatory escrow imposed in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
The company will file an Appendix 3B to seek quotation of the 324,325 fully paid ordinary shares to be released from mandatory escrow in due course.
The shares released from mandatory escrow are also subject to voluntary escrow agreements and will be released from voluntary escrow on 16 November 2011.
