SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 14 December 2021 – Immutep Limited (ASX: IMM; NASDAQ: IMMP) ("Immutep” or “the Company”), attaches the amended Constitution of Immutep Limited that was approved at its Annual General Meeting held on 26 November 2021.
