The Board of Hills Limited (ASX:HIL) is pleased to announce the appointment of six Directors to the Board of Lincor Limited – the new company formed through the recently announced proposed merger of the Hills Health Solutions business and Lincor Inc. of the United States.
As previously announced, it is intended that the newly-incorporated Lincor Limited (Lincor) will be demerged from Hills on completion of the merger and listed separately on the ASX.
The six-member Lincor Board announced today consists of Ms Sylvia Falzon as Independent Non-Executive Chairman, four other Non-Executive Directors, Mr Samuel W “Bo” Bartholomew, Ms Jennifer Hill-Ling, Mr Peter Housden and Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director, Mr Gregg Michaelson, and CEO and Managing Director, Mr Chris Cashwell.
