Aveo Group has today issued 28,038,108 fully paid ordinary stapled securities (each comprising an ordinary share in Aveo stapled to an ordinary unit in the Trust) (Stapled Securities) as part of the consideration for Aveo acquiring 100% of the shares in Freedom Aged Care Pty Ltd.
