Resignation of non-executive director Mr Richard Price
AED Oil Limited (ASX: AED) advises that Mr Richard Price has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company.
Mr David Dix, Executive Chairman of AED, said:
"AED thanks Mr Price for his services as a director of the Company since May 2007. We wish Richard the best in his future endeavours with the Macquarie Group, his philanthropic pursuits, and otherwise."
AED does not currently intend to appoint a replacement director.
