360 Capital Industrial Fund (ASX code:TIX) (the “Fund”) confirms that the disposal of 223-235 Barry Road, Campbellfield VIC settled today for a total consideration of $4.6 million. Net proceeds will be used to reduce the Fund’s borrowings with pro-forma LVR now at 43.0%.
