Investa on the hunt for new fund manager

Investa Office Fund (ASX:IOF) is on the hunt for a new fund manager after Toby Phelps announced he will leave. 
 
The real estate investment trust says it has already started the process to appoint a replacement and Mr Phelps will stay on until one is found. 
 
Mr Phelps joined Investa in 2012 and has now decided to leave the company and relocate back to the UK. 
 
Mr Phelps oversaw the disposal of $400 million of offshore assets and the acquisition of more than $1.1 billion of Australian assets. 
 
Investa Office Fund reported a net profit of $184 million in the 2014 financial year.
