Blackmores
(ASX:BKL) has today announced the appointment of Christine Holman to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, effectively immediately.
Christine brings more than 20 years of commercial and Board experience across a variety of areas including mergers and acquisitions, finance, sales, technology, digital transformations and marketing.
Her previous positions include CFO and Commercial Director at Telstra Broadcast Services.
Christine currently serves on the boards of two ASX companies including WiseTech Global.
Blackmores Chairman Brent Wallace says the company is currently embarking on a significant business transformation program to seize on growth and expansion opportunities and believes Christine’s wealth of experience means she will make a very strong contribution to this important work.

(ASX:BKL) are trading 0.65 per cent higher to $95.76.
