Going now to us a company Peninsula Energy is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, you’ve heard some of the benefits of that. We’re a fully regulated economy with good oversight and so forth. We have a market cap of currently of around $150 M and we’ve seen a market cap of around $340M pre-Fukishima last year. We’ve got about $20 M in cash and we’ve got options that will convert in June of this year which will take us up to around at that time to around about $28- 30 M in cash. Our major shareholder is a resource fund out of Zug in Switzerland called Parlour and between them and the directors and other associated parties we control about 30 odd per cent of the company.

From a management point of view we’ve got good Board, people that have been around junior companies for a long time. And they are a good sounding board for somebody like me. I provide the strategic leadership to the company and as a Board they have been very supportive in going forward particularly through the tough times of 2008, 2009 & 2010 when a lot of people were  closing down the hatches and wanted to get rid of their staff and wanted to stop spending money. Myself and the senior management went back to this Board and said look we need money, we need to demonstrate that this is a good business and this is the right place to be and we need to build on our people and we need to build on our assets and we continued to drill right through those periods, right through that time. And that stood us in very good stead  both from a market’s sense and from a community sense in Wyoming in particular. People took notice that we weren’t doing what everybody else was doing which was basically shutting down the shop and let management live out of the  company and not develop the assets.
