Mirvac Group
(ASX:MGR) today announced the appointment of Jane Hewitt and Peter Nash as Non-Executive Directors on the Mirvac Board.
Ms Hewitt’s appointment date is effective from 10 December 2018 and Mr Nash’s appointment is effective from 19 November 2018.
With these changes taking place the Board has taken the opportunity to review the composition of its standing Committees.
Peter Nash joins the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and Jane Hewitt joins the Human Resources Committee.

(ASX:MGR) shares are up 0.68 per cent to $2.21.
