Property investment company Australand Property Group
(ASX:ALZ) has appointed Mr Kieran Pryke as Chief Financial Officer, effective from March 1, 2010.
Mr Pryke most recently held the position of CFO of GPT Group for 13 years, and prior to this held a number of senior financial roles across various business units within the Lend Lease Corporation.
Mr Pryke’s appointment follows the announcement of Tiernan O’Rouke’s resignation as CFO of Australand in October last year.
Managing Director Bob Johnson says Mr Pryke’s extensive experience in the property sector and his depth of understanding in relation to property fundamentals and financial management will complement the strengths of the existing executive management team.
Australand recorded a $40.16 million profit for 2008.
