Hansen Technologies Ltd
(ASX:HSN) has announced it appointed Jennifer Douglas as its non-executive director, effective from 15 February 2017.
The billing and customer care software company says it will now have two women on its board, as it continues to promote industry and workplace diversity.
Jennifer Douglas will replace Peter Berry following his December resignation.
Jennifer has over 20 years experience - and during her time at Telstra she was responsible for turning around results in its $3 billion fixed voice business, amongst other things.
Jennifer will be presented for election as Director at the company AGM on 23 November 2017.
