(ASX:TSE) US oil and gas maintenance specialist company, TIMEC, has renewed its long-term agreement with ConocoPhillips in the US for three years.
TIMEC has provided ConocoPhillips, who is one of its tops three clients, with routine maintenance, turnaround and minor capital work services since 1971 across its oil refineries in Wilmington, Carson, Santa Maria and Rodeo, California as well as Ferndale and Washington.
CEO Dr Peter Goode says this renewal will see the company’s relationship with ConocoPhillips extend beyond 40 years, highlighting its ability to maintain long-term relationships by providing services safely and efficiently to its clients.
TIMEC has also renewed its long-term contracts with leading US energy production and refining companies Chevron and BP in October this year.
Transfield Services posted a $55 million loss in fiscal 2009.
