Fertiliser and explosives manufacturer Incitec Pivot Ltd
(ASX:IPL) has made some changes to its senior management team.
The company says Dyno Nobel North America President, Brian Wallace, and Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific President, Stephen Dawson, will now report to CEO James Fazzino and sit on the Incitec Executive.
Incitec also announced that Dyno Nobel President, Don Brinker is to leave the company.
In the company’s annual report released yesterday, CEO James Fazzino said he expects that in the coming year the company will continue to confront challenging market conditions particularly in North America.
However, Mr Fazzino says the company will focus on the 'levers of the business' such as extracting further velocity improvements and supporting manufacturing and process excellence, and will look to re-start the Moranbah Ammonium Nitrate project in Queensland.
Incitec Pivot posted a loss of $179.9 million for 2009.
