Urbanise.com Limited
(ASX:UBN) has secured a contract with Sigma Estate Management Services in South Africa.
Sigma will roll out the cloud-based platform across the 5,000 units to which Sigma provides estate, facilities and utility management services to in the Sandton, greater Johannesburg and Midrand areas.
Urbanise CEO Ben Churchill noted that the contract positions the company to demonstrate the benefits of its broader, integrated building services solution to this potentially significant market.
As part of the agreement, Urbanise will receive variable platform use fees calculated on a monthly basis.
Urbanise reported a net loss of $165,000 in the year ended 30 June 2015.
