LifeHealthcare Group Limited (ASX:LHC) (“LifeHealthcare”), a leading independent provider of medical devices and healthcare solutions in Australia and New Zealand, today announces the acquisition of Oceania Orthopaedics Pty Limited (“Oceania”) and a ten year distribution agreement with orthopaedic manufacturer implantcast GmbH (“implantcast”).
