Resignation of Joint Company Secretary
Invictus Gold Limited announces that Mr Mark Pitts has resigned as Joint Company Secretary.
James Cooper-Jones, who has acted as Joint Company Secretary with Mr Pitts since January 2011, will now assume the role of Company Secretary of Invictus.
Invictus thanks Mr Pitts for his dedication and commitment to the Company during its initial Public Offering and wishes Mr Pitts every success in the future.
