Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary
Invictus Gold is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr. James Cooper-Jones as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.
Over his career Mr. Cooper-Jones has held various senior accounting and secretarial roles primarily with listed resource companies and has experience in the listing of several companies on the ASX.
Mr. Cooper-Jones has a Bachelor of Arts (Japanese) and Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting) from the University of New England, is a Member of the National Institute of Accountants, an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and a Member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
Mr. Mark Pitts who is currently Company Secretary, will, as Joint Company Secretary, share the secretarial duties of the Company with Mr. Cooper-Jones and assist with a transition of responsibilities into the first quarter 2011.
