Following completion of the selldown by TPG STAR SF Pte Ltd (“TPG”) of its 16.6% shareholding in Greencross on 29 August 2014, Mr Matt Hobart and Mr Scott Gilbertson, TPG’s nominated directors, have resigned as directors of Greencross Limited.
The Board of Directors of Greencross has today announced the appointment of Ms Christina Boyce and Mr Chris Knoblanche as non-executive directors of the Company, effective today.
