The Fund’s portfolio comprises 3 office assets in Brisbane and Melbourne. These assets have been valued at $207.9 million (As at 30 June 16).
Investment Objectives
The Fund owns a portfolio of quality office real estate assets delivering stable and predictable rental income.
The portfolio is well positioned to meet the Fund’s objectives to provide investors predictability and stability of income, through strong portfolio occupancy and weighted average lease expiry profile. Distributions to Fund unitholders are paid quarterly.
