Response to Cape Lambert Resources Limited – Price Query
We refer to your letter dated 20 June 2011 noting an Increase in the price of shares of Cape Lambert Resources Limited (Compony) from $0.385 on 17 June 2011 to $0.435 on 20 June 2011and a significant increase in the volume of trading in the securities over this period.
In response to your questions we advise as follows:
1. Is the Company aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced which, if known, could be an explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company?
2. If the answer in question 1 is yes, can an announcement be made immediately? If not, why not and when is it expected that an announcement will be made?

3. Is there any other explanation that the Company may have for the price and volume change in the securities of the Company?
