Auswide Bank Ltd (“Auswide Bank”) refers to the preliminary Appendix 3B lodged on 4 May 2016 in relation to the maximum number of new Auswide Bank shares to be issued pursuant to the scheme of arrangement under which Auswide Bank will acquire all of the shares in Queensland Professional Credit Union Ltd (trading as YCU – Your Credit Union).
Further to that announcement, please find attached a final Appendix 3B in relation to the final number of new Auswide Bank shares to be issued.
