Unlisted Options Expire
Australian-American Mining Corporation N.L. (“Company” and ASX: AIW) wishes to advise that the following unlisted options to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the Company have not been exercised and have expired today:
− 250,000 options over ordinary shares with an exercise price of $1.07 each, exercisable on or before 19 April 2011.
