The 360 Capital Industrial Fund (ASX code:TIX) (“Fund”) is pleased to announce today’s distribution payment of 4.65 cents per Unit for the quarter ending 31 March 2014 which is in line with the Fund’s forecast FY14 distribution of 18.60 cents per Unit.
It is estimated the tax deferred component of the Fund’s FY14 distribution will be approximately 40%-50%. The actual amount of tax deferred income each year is dependent on a number of factors and is therefore an estimate only.
