Daily Murmur 17/11/10

by Gary Glover

Our recent theme that we are at the pointy end of a resource boom is starting to take shape.  The sharp sell off in Silver and Gold last friday is a concern and Oil and Copper had large moves down last night.  The Commodities bust cycle could be just beginning and the sell off in resource stocks could just be starting.  This is not just a short term sell off, it could be the beginning of a major sell off.

My Special Report for our broking clients explains why I think this sell off will be large and be substantial based on historical precedents.

Clue:  May 1951 and Late 1974 were two previous highs in commodity booms, look what happened to the All Ord's after these peaks, it wasn't pretty.
