Mustang Resources Limited (the “Company”) advises that, having completed its $3.5 million prospectus capital-raising, the expected re-listing date of 4 May 2015 has been delayed.
The ASX Listing Application for re-instatement to official quotation is proceeding and the Company is continuing to satisfy all ASX requirements.
A further announcement concerning the likely listing date is expected to be made in the near future.
The results of the Company’s ongoing diamond and graphite trial mining and exploration programs will be made shortly.
