On 5 September 2019, ClearVue Technologies Limited (ACN 071 397 487) (ClearVue or the Company) announced its intention to offer shareholders the chance to participate in a share purchase plan to subscribe for additional fully paid shares (Shares) in the Company (SPP or the Plan or the Offer). The Board of Directors is now pleased to make that offer to eligible shareholders on the terms and conditions enclosed in this letter (Terms and Conditions).
