Cellmid Limited
(ASX:CDY) requests a trading halt of the company’s shares
(ASX:CDY) immediately, being from the commencement of trading on Monday, 11 March 2013.
The trading halt is requested pending further announcement to the market by Cellmid Limited in relation to a proposed capital raising that is material to the Company’s business.
The Company expects to remain in the trading halt until commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 13 March 2013 or when CDY makes an announcement to the market, whichever is earlier. Cellmid is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
