In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, SVC requests that ASX grants a trading halt of quotation of its securities, effective immediately, in accordance with the following:
1. SVC is holding a General Meeting of Shareholders at 11am today to consider amongst other things a transaction that will constitute a change in the nature and scale of its activities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 11.1 and therefore will be required to re- comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
2. If the Shareholders approve the resolution pursuant to Listing Rule 11.1, SVC expects the ASX to suspend SVC’s shares, pending compliance with Chapters 1 and 2.
3. SVC is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
