Centuria Property Funds No. 2 Limited (CPF2L), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI), is the Responsible Entity for CIP. CPF2L, combined with Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL), the Responsible Entity for the ASX listed Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX:CMA), has $4.8 billion of assets under management across 15 unlisted property funds, one open-ended diversified property fund and two listed REITs.
CNI is an ASX-listed specialist investment manager with approximately $5.6 billion in total assets under management.
CIP owns a portfolio of quality industrial real estate assets, which are actively managed and aim to deliver stable and predictable rental income through strong portfolio occupancy and a long weighted average lease expiry profile. There is also the potential for value uplift through diligent asset management and repositioning strategies. Distributions to Fund unitholders are paid quarterly.
