Compumedics receives $3m in Chinese orders

Compumedics (ASX:CMP) has received $3 million in new orders from Chinese distributors, for its sleep and neuro diagnostics systems.

The designer and manufacturer of sleep disorder products says the new orders underpin the company’s growth in China.

The $1 million to $2 million of the orders will be shipped by 30 June 2017.

Compumedics says it has a dominant position in China with over 1,700 sleep and neuro diagnostics systems installed in the country, in over 500 hospitals and over 300 universities.

Shares in Compumedics (ASX:CMP) are trading 7.69% to 42 cents.
