Brian Martin Ph.D Retires from Carrick Gold and Condor Metals Boards
Carrick Gold Limited and Condor Metals Limited jointly announce the retirement of Dr Brian Martin as a Non-Executive Director. Dr Martin has been a Director of both Carrick Gold and Condor Metals for the entirety of their existence as ASX listed companies.
Dr Martin decided to retire after a long-term tenure, encompassing nearly eight years with Carrick Gold and three years with Condor Metals.
Dr Martin said:
“I have enjoyed my long association with both Carrick Gold and Condor Metals and am proud to depart at this stage of their respective development.”
Mr Laurence Freedman AM, Chairman of Carrick Gold and Condor Metals commented:
“While we are sorry to see Brian retire, we are pleased that he will remain a consultant to both companies and we wish him well for the future.”
John McKinstry has recently been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Carrick Gold and Chief Operating Officer of Condor Metals. Mr McKinstry is implementing significant change to internal management and working to develop the resource base of both companies.
