Specialty metals exploration and development company, Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX:WLF, AIM:WLFE) (“Wolf” or “the Company”) hereby advises an incorrect substantial holder notice was lodged today by BlackRock Group.
The shares recorded as issued to BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd on 2 May 2014 have not been made and are subject to shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 13 May 2014 as part of the Fundraise. The BlackRock Group is not expected to become a substantial holder in the Company as a result of the Fundraise.
