Specialty metals development company, Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX:WLF, AIM:WLFE) (Wolf, the Company) requests a trading halt in the trading of the Company's securities from the commencement of trading on 12 March 2014.
The trading halt is requested in connection with a proposed capital raising to be conducted by the Company. It is intended that Wolf's major shareholders, Resource Capital Funds V L.P. and TTI (NZ) Limited, will participate in the proposed capital raising.
