Unilife Corporation Investor Briefings

Almost twelve months ago, Unilife redomiciled to the United States and listed on NASDAQ. As a result of these changes, the Company recently held its first AGM in New York City. To help give Australian based shareholders an opportunity to also hear directly about the Company's achievements during the last year and its future outlook, Unilife CEO Alan Shortall will host two
investor briefings sessions in Sydney and Melbourne this month.

The investor briefing sessions are as follows:

Sydney
17 December 2010

10am for 1030am presentation

Melbourne
21 December 2010
Westin Hotel
205 Collins Street
10am for 1030am presentation
Refreshments will be served

These events will be an open forum, with Unilife representatives available to help answer any questions you may have regarding the Company, its products, competitive position or future outlook.

On a related matter, you may be aware that Unilife recently finalised a private equity placement to facilitate its growth plans. A share purchase plan has been launched offering all Unilife shareholders an opportunity to make a further investment free of brokerage and commissions.

Detailed information relating to the SPP was sent to all shareholders on 6 December 2010. Please note that the SPP is scheduled to close on 22 December 2010. If you have not received your SPP pack in the mail, or have any questions relating to the SPP process, please call 1800 440 201.
