The Directors of Thor Mining Plc (“Thor” or “the Company”)(AIM, ASX:THR) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ray Ridge as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Ridge is a chartered accountant with 20 years experience, including service with Arthur Andersen, Elders Limited and more recently, with engineering & construction company, Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Mr Ridge replaces Mr Allan Burchard who has served in this role for over 3 years, and who will now focus on advisory roles with a number of private companies, and in the not-for-profit sector.
