The GPT Group (GPT) today announced the appointment of Ms Michelle Somerville as a Non- Executive Director. Ms Somerville’s appointment will take effect from 1 December 2015 and she will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Securityholders to be held on 4 May 2016.
Ms Somerville was identified for the position following a selection process which was conducted in preparation for Ms Anne McDonald stepping down as a Director at the 2016 AGM.
