Supply Network Limited (ASX: SNL), a leading provider of aftermarket parts for trucks and buses across Australia and New Zealand through its Multispares network, today announced robust financial results for the 2026 financial year during its Annual General Meeting. The Chairman’s Address highlighted significant achievements and strategic developments, alongside a tribute to the company’s late founder, Harry Forsyth, who passed away on 19 August 2026, almost 50 years after establishing the business. The company reported a 15.5% increase in sales revenue to $403.1 million, with profit after tax rising to $47.6 million, representing 17.3% basic earnings per share growth. Return on capital invested remained strong at 31.9%, and shareholders saw dividends increase for the tenth consecutive year, reaching 74.0 cents per share.
The address detailed the company’s ongoing commitment to network development and operational efficiency. In New Zealand, FY2026 saw the opening of a new branch in Rosedale, North Auckland, and a racking expansion at the Hamilton distribution centre, along with steps towards closer integration of operating systems. Australian operations benefited from the full integration of the Pemulwuy (Sydney) and Truganina (Melbourne) distribution centres. Supply Network also successfully completed phased upgrades to its major IT systems, including a transition to a browser-based sales interface, enhanced warehouse scanning applications, and a new ERP backbone, which went live in April 2026 to boost efficiency and customer service.
Looking ahead, Supply Network is preparing for substantial Australian branch network expansion in FY2027 and FY2028. Key projects include the relocation of the Toowoomba branch, tripling the footprint of the Eagle Farm branch in Brisbane, and doubling the size of the Canberra branch. Further plans include the relocation of the Kwinana branch in WA and the construction of a new $9 million branch in Penrith, Sydney, expected to open in the first quarter of FY2028. The company maintains a positive long-term outlook and is tracking well against its FY2027 revenue growth target of approximately $50 million, while continuing to monitor broader industry developments.
