On 30 March 2015, the GPT Group (GPT) released the Notice of Meeting for its 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, 5 May 2015. The Notice of Meeting contains resolutions seeking approval for the grant of performance rights to Michael Cameron under the GPT Group Stapled Security Rights Plan in relation to both his short term and long term incentive compensation.
As announced last week, Michael Cameron will be stepping down as CEO and Managing Director of GPT. Given this, Resolutions 3 and 4 have been withdrawn and will not be put to the vote at the AGM.
