Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of MGM Wireless Limited (Company) will be held at the Radisson Blu Plaza, 27 O’Connell Street Sydney, NSW on Friday 29th November 2019 at 1.00 pm (AEDT) (Notice).
If you are unable to attend the meeting, we encourage you to complete and return the enclosed proxy form. The completed proxy form must be received by the Company at least 48 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
