Senex Energy Limited (Senex, ASX:SXY) has appointed David Spring as Executive General Manager Exploration, commencing early May 2015.
David comes to Senex with a wealth of technical and leadership experience from more than thirty years in the oil and gas industry. He has enjoyed a varied and distinguished career including senior leadership roles in Australia, North America, Europe and the Middle East.
David began his career as a geophysicist at Esso Australia, gaining experience in the Cooper Basin, before spending over a decade with BHP Billiton Petroleum in Australia and overseas. He comes to Senex from Mubadala Petroleum, the sovereign E&P company in the United Arab Emirates. In this role David was accountable for leading Mubadala’s global exploration portfolio.
