Senex Energy Limited (Senex, ASX:SXY) today announced the appointment of experienced business leader Ms Debbie Goodin as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Senex Board.
Senex Chairman Denis Patten said Ms Goodin’s diverse management experience in private and public sector corporations would serve to strengthen the Senex Board.
“For over 20 years, Debbie has undertaken senior executive roles with professional services firms, government authorities and ASX listed companies including Downer EDI and Coffey International.
“Debbie’s skills and extensive professional experience complement those of the existing Board, bringing a strong understanding of the operation and growth of complex businesses,” he said.
