Group safety performance improved markedly in the half year with no lost time injuries and a total recordable injury frequency rate of 3.68 setting a new benchmark for the business. Oil production for the six months ended 31 December 2013 was 0.65 million barrels (mmbbls), representing a decrease of 1.5% from the 0.66 mmbbls of oil production reported for the six months ended 31 December 2012. Group revenue for the half year ended 31 December 2013 increased to $88.3 million, up 14% on the corresponding period in 2012 of $77.3 million. Group net profit before tax for the half year ended 31 December 2013 was $31.4 million, up 30% on the corresponding period in 2012.
