Further to Rutila's Alliance Agreement Announcement of the (26th February 2014) Rutila is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with its Joint Venture Partner Todd Minerals Limited ("Todd") surrounding the provision by Todd to Rutila of a $10M funding package and the extension of the existing loan facility to 31 December 2015.
The funding package will require shareholder and other regulatory approval, the company is in the process of compiling meeting documentation with the view to holding a shareholders meeting in late April 2014 seeking approval for this funding package.
