New tenement EPM 27057 granted increasing the Company’s flagship Julia Creek vanadium / oil shale project to a total of four tenements covering 496km2

5 hole drill program completed on the Julia Creek project.

26km 2D seismic survey commenced on the Julia Creek project.

Data gathered from the 26km 2D seismic survey and 5 - hole drill program to be input into the geological model, which will subsequently increase the geological confidence of the deposit.

Executive Director, David Fitch, purchased a total of 1,613,154 shares on market for a total value of $198,940 during the quarter, taking his total holding of QEM to 25.62%.
