Phylogica Limited (“Phylogica, the Company”) requests that the ASX grant a voluntary suspension in the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Tuesday 11 September 2018, until an announcement is made regarding the proposed capital raising. The Company anticipates that it will be able to provide an update to shareholders on or before 13 September 2018.
